How do we clean your carpets?

Step 1: We thoroughly inspect your carpets for fiber identification, we check the backing and identify possible problem areas, we will inform the customer of any concerns due to staining or damage.

Step 2: Dry soil extraction is the second step in a professional carpet cleaners list, we believe this to be just as important as any other stage (dry soil and water make mud) No matter what equipment is used a good vacuum is necessary to achieve great results.

Step 3: All stains have their own unique chemical makeup, we will individually treat with the necessary solutions, We then Pre-treat using a pressure sprayer to lay down bespoke environmentally friendly, non-toxic, pet & child safe and non-allergenic solutions to help release and breakdown the soils in your carpets.

Step 4: We will allow the solutions to dwell and get to work at breaking down the soils, using either a counter-rotating or an orbital brush we will help the solutions along by gently agitating the carpet to open up the pile and release old hair and embedded soils.

Step 5: A professional industrial hot water extraction machine is used to rinse/extract what is already released from deep within the pile, high pressure very hot water is injected into the carpet and sucked back out simultaneously taking with it soil, hair, and anything else that was deep within your carpets. at this stage a tank additive and deodorizer returns your carpets to a neutral PH and leaves them smelling GREAT! Your carpets will be left near enough dry before we leave.
